William David Biven, age 89, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at CHI St. Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs.  He was born April 15, 1932 in Benton, AR, the son of the late Hubert and Martha Ann Harrison Biven.  William was retired from Reynolds Metals Company.  He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.  William enjoyed camping, traveling and woodworking in his free time.  He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of seventy years, Velma Adcock Biven, two grandsons, Jason Wilson and Christopher Turner, three sisters, Janette Lovell, Dorene King and Hazel Veazey.

Survivors are three daughters, Kay Daniels (Jim) of Sandy, OR, Kathy Faubus (Bill) of  Farmington, AR and Regina Turner Butler (Dean) of Hope, two grandsons, Bill Daniels (Heather), Mike Daniels (Tonya) and one granddaughter, Kelly Wilson  and eight great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at Shiloh Cemetery with Dr. Walter Smith officiating.

Visitation will be from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Wednesday at Welch Funeral Home.
