Wanda Smith, age 83, of Gurdon, passed from this life on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia. She was born on February 2, 1934 in Cotton Wood Point , Missouri the daughter of the late Denver and Maggie McWilliams Cox. Wanda was a member of Center Point Baptist Church . She enjoyed Quilting, Gardening and Cooking for her family. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, her husband William, one brother Jimmy Cox, one Sister Sylvia Crawford and two daughter-in-laws Barbara Smith and Mary Smith.

Wanda is survived by her children  Billy (Margaret) Smith of Camden, Bobby Smith of Gurdon, Richard Smith of Bluff City, Gary (Tonya) Smith of Gurdon, Joey (Dawana) Smith of Gurdon, Danielle (John) Dorman of Texas, Jackie Smith and special friend Lisa of Gurdon, Karen (Michael) Thomas of Glenwood, one brother, Billy (Karron) Cox of Antoine, 16 grandchildren, Weston, Shane, Angela, Nathan, Robbie, JD, Briana, Kimberly, Megan, Abbey, Lindsy, Tanner, Jasey, Kiley, Konner, Mason, 20 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, June 9th, at South Fork Cemetery in Gurdon with Bro. Chris Morrison officiating.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and great-grandsons
