Wanda Faye Francis, age 81, of Caddo Valley, passed from this life on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at her home. She was born on April 13, 1941, in Donaldson, the daughter of the late Earl and Myrtle Holmes Cash. Wanda was a 1959 graduate of Ouachita High School. She was co-owner and secretary of FNM Construction for many years. Wanda was a member of Caddo Valley Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Jimmy Neil "Pete" Francis, two brothers, Kenneth and James Cash.

Wanda is survived by her daughter, Sheri Rogers of Hot Springs, two grandchildren, Rhett Rogers of Little Rock and Maranda Rogers of Bentonville.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday at Caddo Valley Baptist Church with Bro. Doug White and Curtis Gober officiating.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday at Welch Funeral Home.

Interment will be in Caddo Valley Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Rusty Rogers, Rhett Rogers, Cody Spradlin, Bill Ratliff, David Matthews and Roger Knowles.
