Terrye Jean Smith, age 59, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Saturday, August 9, 2008. She was born on December 24, 1948 in Hot Springs, the daughter of the late William and Nona Pierce Chote. Terrye is survived by her husband, Jimmie Ray Smith; daughter and son-in-law, Missy and Toby Jones, and daughter, Dawn Herrin of Arkadelphia; two brothers, Jacky Chote, of Hot Springs, and Danny Chote, of Arkadelphia; two sisters, Billie Maulden of Gum Springs, and Rita Smith, of Arkadelphia; two wonderful granddaughters, Jessica Helmick and Stormy Jones and a very special grandson, Gary Ray Herrin. Graveside service will be at 9:00 a.m., Monday, August 11, 2008 at Richwoods Cemetery with Bros. Timothy Jenkins and Randy Reynolds officiating.
