She was preceded in death by her father, Finis Rhoten; mother, Mamie Rhoten and by Joe and Frances Rhoten who raised Sue in their home.
Sue is survived by her loving husband, Payte Baldwin; adoring daughters, Lauren Baldwin and Logan Baldwin; Siblings, Dixie Hanson, Vicki Roland, Mickie Ray, Doris Dawkins, Betty Martin, Joe Rhoten and Dickie Rhoten.
