Steven Weakley Phelps, age 55, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at his home.  He was born April 18, 1964 in Florence, AL the son of the late Jesse and Joann Watkins Phelps.  Steven was a supervisor at Custom Cuts in Arkadelphia.  He enjoyed baseball, football and most all sports in his free time.  Steven was preceded in death by his parents, and one daughter, Ashley Phelps.

Survivors are his fiancee, Barbara Runyan of Arkadelphia, one daughter, Tasha Smith (Wayne) of Muscle Shoals, AL, one brother, Paul Phelps of Florence, four grandchildren, Hunter, Austin, Asher and Eli, and one great grandchild, Alexis.
