Shelby Jean Neal, age 77, of Delight, passed from this life on Sunday, March 17, 2024, at Medical City Healthcare System in Plano, TX.  She was born April 29, 1946, in Delight, the daughter of the late Clib and Lucy Stark Jester.  Shelby was a graduate of Enid High School in Enid, OK, and she attended Delight Elementary School in Delight as a young lady.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Gary Bullard, tow sisters, Virginia Jester Freeman and Mary Bell Jester.

Survivors are one son, Bret Bullard of Godley, TX, two grandchildren, Derrick Bullard (Katie) of Godley, TX and Ashley Bullard of Joshua, TX, two great-grandchildren, Cooper and Kourtney Bullard, one niece, Lynette Clampit (Joey), and one great-niece, Jessica Mast.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at Delight Cemetery with Stevie Leon McKinnon officiating.

No visitation is planned.
