Sheila Diane Smith, age 47, of Conway, formerly of Arkadelphia, died Tuesday, May 3, 2005, at Conway Human Development Center. She was born April 7, 1958, in Arkadelphia, the daughter of Vance Jr. & LaVaughn Caddy Smith. She was Assembly of God faith. Survivors are her parents, maternal grandmother Addie Caddy of Arkadelphia, one sister, Shadow Smith of Wenatchee, WA., two brothers, David Smith and his wife, Anny of Benton & Gary Vance Smith and his wife, Beth of Arkadelphia, special friend, Sabrina Hill of Conway and several nieces & nephews. Graveside services are 10:00 AM Friday, May 6, 2005, at Delamar Cemetery with Brother Bob Black officiating. Family hours are 6 to 8 PM Thursday at Welch Funeral Home, 202 S. 4th, Arkadelphia. Pallbearers are David Smith, Gary Smith, Tom Hartley, Aaron Hartley, Gene Hickman and Arvilee Fulmer.
