Scott Allen Copeland, age 45, of Bismarck passed from this life on Wednesday, October 23 2019 at Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia. He was born on October 8, 1974 in McMinnville, OR the son of Curtis and Rose Sims Copeland. Scott was a 1993 graduate of Delight High School. He enjoyed coaching baseball, fishing, and spending time with his wife and children. Scott is preceded in death by his grandparents Edgar (Thelma) Sims and  Curtis (Ruthy) Copeland.

Scott is survived by his wife Brooke Efird Copeland of Bismarck, his three sons, Canon, Bricen and Kason Copeland of Bismarck, His parents Curtis and Rose Copeland of Arkadelphia, three sisters, Tina  Hemstreet and her husband Allen of Ortig, WA, Rhonda Copeland of Auburn, CA, Valerie Alls and her husband Willie of Auburn, CA, and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, October 28, 2019 at Caney Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Charlie Williams and Bro. Ralph Ruffin officiating.

Visitation will be held 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Sunday at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia .

Interment will be in DeRoche Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Justin Gaither, Andy Williams, Todd Rucker, Brian Clements, Danny Cottrell, Michael Sims, Carl Sims and Leroy Gibson.
