Sandra Lee Rusher age 62 of Friendship passed from this life on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia. She was born August 8, 1950 in Oregon the daughter of the late J.D. and Vernita Cook. Sandra was a homemaker and a protestant. Survivors are her husband, Douglas Rusher, one son Douglas Rusher Jr of Oregon, five daughters, Lynn Rusher (Harold) Smithson of Midway, Marsha Hinkle of Pendleton, OR, Elsie June Rusher of Happy Valley, OR, Michelle Fuqua of Tyler, TX, and Malina Arellano of Vancouver, WA, one brother, Tom Cook of Sisters, OR, two sisters, Charlotte Bales and Marie Moon both of Aumsville, OR, sixteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 6, 2013 at Cooper Cemetery. Final arrangements are entrusted to The Welch Funeral Home of Arkadelphia.
