Heaven s door opened today for the admittance of an angel, Robert Gene Brown, Jr., born in Arkadelphia November 30, 1958, died May 18, 2008. Robert entered into the kingdom of heaven to reunite with his father, Robert G. Brown, Sr., brother Jackie, nephew Cody Blue and step-father Bud Hubanks.

Left to share his memory are his mother, Bobbie Hubanks of Arkadelphia, sisters, Ellen Collins of Atlanta, GA, Rochelle Norried (Marty) of Jefferson, AR, Lisa Kilcrease (Mark) of Jacksonville, FL, and one step-sister, Karrie Wansley of Troutville, VA, one brother, Greg Brown of Arkadelphia and one step-brother, Marvin Hubanks of Pine Bluff, AR. He is also survived by nieces, Jennifer, Paige, Tuesday, Christen, Ciera, Courtney and one great-niece, Kaitlyn, nephews, Danny, Jr., Bobby, Jr., Tyler and Shane. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Some of his passions included going to church, riding horses, traveling and listening to music. His humanitarian lifestyle included the care and love of his dogs. His happiness was at its fullest potential when surrounded by his family. And above all he placed God first in his life. Whether or not his obstacles made him who he is, we have figured out that his obstacles not only made him who he was but also made us who we are. He lives on as a part of our family and in our memories forever.
