Ricky Joe McClure, age 58, of Gurdon, passed from this life on Thursday, March 11, 2021, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock.  He was born April 30, 1962, in Gurdon, the son of Delmas and Betty Murchison McClure.  Ricky was a 1981 graduate of Gurdon High School.  He was a skidder operator for two area logging companies.  Ricky enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and spending time with his family in his free time.  He also enjoyed taking care of his goats, especially his favorite goat, Fred.  Ricky was preceded in death by his father, Delmas McClure.

Survivors are his mother, Betty McClure of Gurdon, his wife, Terri Joyner McClure of Gurdon, one son, Joshua McClure of Gurdon, two daughters, Racheal Key (Kevin) of Gurdon, and Lani Jo McClure of Gurdon, three brothers, Robert McClure (Wendy) of Gurdon, Kenny McClure (Susan) of Gurdon and Michael McClure (Shannon) of Oswego, IL, and one sister, Debbie Halliday (Dan) of Gurdon, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, March 18, 2021, at Weir Cemetery with Bro. Donnie Deaton officiating.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 PM Thursday at Weir Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Josh McClure, Robert McClure, Matt McClure, Wayne McClure, Brandon Williams, Matthew Lynch, Roy Wood and Matthew Gills.
