Rickey Wade Kizer, age 63, of Weiner, passed from this life on Monday, June 4, 2018 at St. Bernard Hospital in Jonesboro . He was born July 30, 1954 in Malvern the son of the late Ester (Richard) Wade and Flossie Dean Owens Kizer. Rickey was an industrial mechanic and machinist and also taught machine shop at Jonesboro Area Vocational Center . He enjoyed coon hunting and metal and wood working in his free time. Rickey was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Joe Mark Kizer and one granddaughter, Megan McJunkins..

He is survived by his wife, Diane Kizer of the home, children, Joshua and Laura Kizer of Alpine,  Shaun Kizer of Alexander, Monica and Tim Messing of Benton, Michelle and Randy Kuykendall of Arkadelphia, Lance and Kim Duncan of Jonesboro, Casey Jones of Pickneyville, IL and Lasey and Britten Armstrong of Paragould, twenty one grandchildren and eight great grandchildren, and one brother Randy Kizer and his wife, Linda of Benton.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday at Weiner Baptist Church in Weiner , AR.

Graveside services will be held 11:30 AM Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Bismarck with Bro. Conway Safirt officiating.

Visitation will be from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Saturday at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.

Pallbearers are Spencer Kizer, Christopher Kizer, Randy Kuykendall, Tim Messing, Britton Armstrong and Beau Boyette.
