Pauline McGrew Grigsby age 87 of Arkadelphia passed from this life on Sunday, June 19, 2011 at her home. She was born March 28, 1924 in Mountain Pine, Arkansas the daughter of the late Elza and Lillie Brady McGrew. Pauline was a homemaker and a Christian woman, evident by the way she treated all she met. She always put her family above herself. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Bonnie Padgett and Doris Holmes and two brothers, Don and Garland McGrew. Pauline is survived by her husband of seventy years, Jimmy Grigsby, Jr., of the home, one son, James Randall (Cheryl) Grigsby of Hot Springs, two grandchildren Shay Grigsby Olson of Fort Campbell, KY and Stephen Elza Grigsby of Hot Springs and five great grandchildren, Sarah, Seth and Kameron Olson of Fort Campbell, KY and Aidan and Anna Grigsby of Hot Springs, her sister-in-law, Lola Bess Fisher of Mountain Pine and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens with Rev. Ronnie Hardin officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at Welch Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations are requested to the charity of your choice.
