Patricia Lucille Clark, age 81, of Friendship, passed from this life on Monday, September 21, 2015 at her home. She was born December 31, 1933 in Davenport, IA, the daughter of the late Frances Peter and Lucille Chambers Hurley. Pat was retired from Bowen's restaurant in Caddo Valley. She enjoyed gardening and painting in her free time. Pat was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Burton Clark. Pat is survived by two sons, Steve (Malinda) Clark of Friendship and Bob (Terry) Clark of Donaldson, three brothers, Bill Hurley of Elmira, NY, Kenneth Hurley of Washington DC and Dennis Hurley of Des Moines, IA, grandchildren, Cassie Floriani, Bethany Talbert, Rebecca and Rachel Martinez, Lindsay Clark, and Nicholas and Michael Garay and twelve great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Hollis McDermott officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia. Interment will be in Jones Cemetery at Brown Springs.
