Pamela Sue Hulsey, age 61, of Okolona, passed from this life on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia. She was born on February 4, 1954 in Fort Smith, the daughter of the late Elmer Odell and Mary Catherine Smith Allison. Pam was a homemaker and a member of United Pentecostal Church. She was a 1972 graduate of Brawley Union High School and enjoyed crafts, bingo and sewing. Pam is survived by her husband, David N. Hulsey of Okolona, three daughters, Dana Sue (James) McKa of Malvern, Diana Lynn Hulsey of Malvern and Mary Ruth Hulsey of Oil City, LA, one sister, Deborah (Thomas) Crofton of Fouke and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, May 22, 2015 at Smyrna Church with Bro. Richard Price officiating. Interment will be in Smyrna Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia. Pallbearers will be James McKa, Bud Saunders, Mike Smith, Ricky Smith, Kent Malcom, Chris McKay, Evan McKay, Kevin Smith, Ty May and Terry Smith.
