Ollen Laron Francis, age 67 of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at his daughter's home in Delight. He was born on August 31, 1944 in Arkadelphia, the son of John Clarence and Bonnie Mae Davis Francis. Ollen was a truck driver for CJ Horner and was previously employed with Ouachita Marine Boat Plant and Acme Brick Company. He was a member of the National Guard. Ollen was preceded in death by his father and his wife, Charlotte Whitley Francis. He is survived by his mother, Bonnie Reynolds of Bossier City, LA, his daughter, Delores (Wesley) Rutherford of Delight, two sons, Michael (Alice) Francis of Arkadelphia and Keith (Lisa) Francis of Okolona, his sister, Mary Francis of Bossier City, LA, five grandchildren, one great grandchild and another on the way, and a host of other family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at Trinity Temple Assembly of God Church with Bro. Rick Mays officiating.
