Norma Jean Duke, age 82, of Arkadelphia passed from this life on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. Jean was born on October 25, 1937, in the DeGray community the daughter of the late James Roy and Lucy McCallum Buck. She worked as a medical transcriptionist for many years and was a member of DeGray Baptist Church. Jean enjoyed sewing, gardening, designing and caring for her home. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Billy Roy Duke.

Jean is survived by two sons, Mark Duke (Patricia) of Dallas, and James Duke (Letha) of Arkadelphia, one daughter, Lisa Young (David) of DeGray community, eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday May 30, 2020 in the Pavilion at DeGray Cemetery with Bro David Young and Bro Mike Hipps officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time at the Pavilion.

Pallbearers are Jacob Tankersley, Jonathan Duke, Chris Oradat, Cody Young, Andy Stricklin and Daniel Reeves.
