Nancy JoAnn Kelly, age 82, of Arkadelphia passed from this life on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at her home. She was born on July 19, 1937 in Arkadelphia, the daughter of the late Jesse and Zelma Pennington Swearingen. Nancy worked as a secretary for Ouachita Marine and Reynolds Metal Company. She was a member of Manchester Methodist Church. Nancy enjoyed crafts, painting and canning in her free time. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Dorotha Leoffler and one brother, Gene Swearingen.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Kelly of the home, one son Keith Kelly (Brenda) of Conway, three daughters, Alana Hughes (Mark) of Bismarck, Tammy DuBois (Dale) of Bryceville, Florida and Teressa Duncan (Johnny) of Hot Springs, ten grandchildren and eighteen great-grand children.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Manchester Methodist Church with Bro. Mike Meeks officiating.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 - 2:00 PM at the church.

Interment will be in Atchley Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Mark Hughes, Johnny Duncan, Wade Dykes, Michael Page, Dale DuBois, Keith Kelly, Brett Ausley and Hunter Langley.
