Nancy Virginia Jackson age 92 of Hensley passed from this life on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. She was born January 25, 1920 in Newport, the daughter of the late Samuel Sylvester and Ida Belle O'Neal Hale. Nancy was a retired Nurse and a homemaker and a member of Arkadelphia Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Morris Jackson, one son, Clifton Eugene Jackson, one sister, Enola Robinette, three brothers, Sydrick, J.M. and L.Z. Hale. Nancy is survived by one daughter, Barbara Brown of Hensley, one sister, Viola Peebles of Newport, one daughter in law, Geneva Jackson of Gurdon, six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, one great, great grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM on Sunday, December 23, 2012 at Welch Funeral Home with Pastor Ricky Tipton officiating. Visitation will be from 1:30 PM until service time at the funeral home on Sunday. Interment will be in the Southfork Cemetery.
