Mattie Sue Hill Garrett, age 83, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at Twin Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center in Arkadelphia.  She was born November 19, 1938, in Delight, AR, the daughter of the late Boyce and Verna McLaughlin Hill.  Mattie was a retired health care worker and homemaker.  She enjoyed taking care of her children and grandchildren during her lifetime.  Mattie was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Lisa Vaughn, three brothers, Troy, JB, and James Doyle Hill.

Survivors are one son, Tony Brown of Bismarck, two daughters, Terri Loy-Gage (Eric) of Malvern and Candie Rogers of Fordyce, three sisters, Kay Garner and Joa n Feutral both of Delight, and Wynell Collinsworth (Tim) of Ashland, KY, seven grandchildren and two great grand.
