Mary Helen Hill, age 97, of the Shiloh Community, passed from this life on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at her home.  She was born August 30, 1922 in Ft Smith, AR, the daughter of the late Leonard and Eva Myane Myers.  Helen was a member of First United Methodist Church of Arkadelphia.  She was a retired insurance adjuster for Offenhauser Insurance Co of Texarkana.  Helen enjoyed Shopping and sampling chocolates in her free time.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, John W. Hill, and one brother, Nathan Guier.

Helen is survived by two daughters, Susan Hill of Arkadelphia and Mary Freeman of Arkadelphia, three grandchildren, Jonathan Cromer (Linda) of Fayetteville, Lance Freeman (Brianna) of Arkadelphia, and Kayla Freeman Ross (Joey) of Arkadelphia, and five great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 25, 2019 at Welch Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Lathem officiating.
