Margaret Helen Toland, 82, of Arkadelphia, passed away February 4, 2020,

in her home with her family by her side.  She was born to the late Herbert

and Margaret Garner, October 10, 1937 in Piney, AR.  Helen graduated from

Arkadelphia High School in 1955 and was a member of Third Street Baptist Church.

Helen worked for several years at Henderson State University Credit Union

and retired in 2008.  She was able to spend many years making memories

with her great-grandchildren.

Helen is survived by her husband of 63 years, Bobby Lewis

Toland.  She is also survived by her three children, Denise Cook of Bryant,

Phillip Toland (Diana) of Cabot, and Gail Grayson (Rob) of Bryant, 6

grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Helen was a devoted wife and mother that loved her family.  She taught

them to trust in the Lord and that He will take care of their needs.  Before

her health declined, she was an active member in her church, and was the

Director of Golden Agers for many years.

The Family wants to thank Arkansas Hospice who cared for Helen in her final days.

Funeral services 10:00 AM Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Welch Funeral

Home with Bro. Greg Lathem and Christopher Cook officiating.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Friday.

Interment will be in Golden Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Jim Burns, Michael Forthman, Dick Willis, Rob Grayson,

Buddy Manning and Jason Smith.
