Obituary

Mrs. Linda Jo (Wilson) Welch, age 60, of Curtis, passed from this life on Saturday, January 26, 2008, at her home. She was born June 20, 1947, in Hope, Arkansas, the daughter of the late John Clyde & Lillie Mae Hall Wilson. Linda was a Certified Nurses Assistant with Baptist Home Health and a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors are her husband, David Lee Welch of the home, two sons, David Lee Welch Jr. of Clinton, IL & Clint Welch of Arkadelphia, three daughters, Sherry Brumley & Tammy May both of Beirne & Vicky Lynn Zombro of Marora, IL, one brother, Jerry Wilson of Beirne, and three sisters, Juanita Dickey of Beirne, Virginia Childress of Gurdon & Joyce Atorn of Wisconsin, and eleven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia, with Bro. Buddy Ritter officiating. Interment will be in Brown Cemetery. Family hours are 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.

Pallbearers will be Doug Brumley, Carrol May, Dickey Richards, Leroy Vance, Michael Dow and Josh Brown.

Memorials may be made to Shady Grove Baptist Church or Brown Cemetery Fund.
