Linda Blanche Hunter, age 60, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Monday, January 14, 2008 at Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia. She was born on September 19, 1947 in Watertown, NY, the daughter of the late Francis and Geraldine Thompson Bourcy. Linda worked as a key entry specialist and was retired from United Parcel Service. She was a member of Manchester United Methodist Church and was preceded in death by one daughter, Rebecca Joyce Wiiliams, one sister Patricia Cutshaw, two brothers Arnold & Donald Sayyeau.

Linda is survived by her husband, Joe Hunter, of Arkadelphia, one daughter, Pamela Sue Williams, of Tulsa, OK, one son, Robert Joseph Hunter of Bryant, one sister Donna Marie Bourcy of Black River, NY and one grandson, Cody Fissel.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, January 17, 2008, at Manchester United Methodist Church with Bro. Bob Sanders officiating. Interment will be in Atchley Cemetery in Dalark. Family hours are 6 to 8 PM Wednesday at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.
