Lee O Dollery Smith, Sr., age 63, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Monday, December 24, 2007, at his home. He was born June 23, 1944, in Mesa, AZ., the son of Louis O Dollery & Gracie Lee Armstrong Smith. Lee was a mechanic, an avid stock car racer and a member of First Church of the Nazarene of Arkadelphia. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother Louis Smith. Lee is survived by his mother; Gracie Smith of Arkadelphia, his wife Diane Flores Smith, two sons; Lee O Dollery Smith Jr. of Camden, Stephen Lee Smith of Arkadelphia. Two daughters; Vickie Price & Shiela Ann Smith both of Arkadelphia. Two step children; Jeffery Michael Smith & Rachel Renee Smith both of Arkadelphia. Three brothers; Dean Smith of Arkadelphia, Don Smith of Texas & Darrell Smith of Russellville. One sister, Donna Tedder of Arkadelphia. Nine grandchildren & numerous great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, December 29, 2007, at First Church of The Nazarene with Bro. Mel Vail officiating. Interment will be in Delamar Cemetery by Welch Funeral Home of Arkadelphia. Family hours are 6 to 8 PM Friday. Memorials may be made to Delamar Cemetery Fund.
