Lawanda Mae Clark, age 77, of Gurdon, passed from this life on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at her home.  She was born November 22, 1943, in Bay, AR, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Lottie Lawson Doty.  Lawanda was the former owner and operator of the Country Kitchen in Gurdon.  She enjoyed the outdoors, cooking and her dogs.  Lawanda was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Randy Robbins, one brother, Burl Doty, one sister, Lois Hicks, and her lifelong friend, Earl Drake.

Survivors are her husband, David Clark of Gurdon, one daughter, Patty Kuhn of Gurdon, one son, Timmy Drake (Tracy) of Gurdon, five grandchildren, Heather Nolan, Haley Neathery, Jennifer Harrington, Amy Martin and Bobby Kuhn all of Gurdon, seventeen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.

The family will host a memorial service at 2:00 PM Sunday, September 19, 2021, at 1182 Hwy 53 S in Gurdon.
