Kenneth Leroy Richards, age 69 of Delight, passed from this life on Sunday, January 13, 2013 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born on September 12, 1943 in Benton, the son of the late Victor L. and Elma Clardy Richards. Ken was self employed and a member of the Church of Christ and the Rockin R Hunting Club. He was preceded in death by his sister, Velda Lang. Ken is survived by his wife, Penny Shane Richards, one daughter Jennie Richards of Nashville, two sons, Todd (Karen) Richards of Nashville and Bret (Paige) Richards of Bossier City, LA, two sisters, Pamela Richards and Brenda (Ricky) Bates of Hot Springs, nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Antoine Church of Christ with Jim Honea and Randy Hughes officiating. Interment will be in Antoine Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia. Pallbearers will be Dustin Angle, Bobby Arney, Josh Williams, Sean Brammer, John Mark Lane and Jerry Johnson.
