Kenneth Kelly, age 83, of Manchester passed from this life on August 11, 2020, at his home. He was born on March 22, 1937, in Okolona, the son of the late Harland and Elva Crosslin Kelly. Kenneth was a United States Navy Veteran serving during the Korean War. He was retired from Reynolds Metal Company and Clark County Road Department. Kenneth was a member of Manchester Methodist Church.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his free time. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Carol Stockton Kelly, his second wife Nancy Swearingen Kelly and one brother, Lavoy Kelley.

Survivors are one son, Keith Kelly (Brenda) of Conway, three daughters, Teressa Duncan (John) of Hot Springs, Tammy Dubois (Dale) of Bryceville, Florida, Alana Hughes (Mark) of Bismarck, ten grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 14, 2020, at Atchley Cemetery in Dalark with Bro Mike Meeks officiating.

Pallbearers are Wade Dykes, Michael Page, Brett Ausley, Hunter Langley, John Duncan, Dale Dubois, Mark Hughes and Justin Allmans.
