Judith Ann "Judy" (Calley) Skaggs, age 82, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at Encore Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Malvern.  She was born July 19, 1940, in Gurdon, the daughter of the late Rex and Opal Powell Calley.  Judy was a 1958 graduate of Arkadelphia High School and attended Votech.  She worked for Levi Strauss and W.P. Malone Inc. and All Care Pharmacy for over thirty years.  Judy enjoyed reading, shopping and spending time with her beloved pets and her family.  She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-four years, Doug Skaggs, her parents, Rex Calley and Roy and Opal Trout.

Survivors are one daughter, Lisa McNeese of Arkadelphia, one granddaughter, Alannah McNeese of Arkadelphia and her beloved dog, Sophia.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at Welch Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Lathem and Percy Malone officiating.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Southfork Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Steven Carroll, Caleb McClain, Jim Yarbrough, Craig May, Ed Poe and Mark Wieman.

Honorary pallbearers are Fred Harris, Rob Cockrill, Gail West, Ken Lancaster and Brian McGalliard.
