Joleen Kylett Grier, age 40, of Hot Springs, passed from this life on Friday, October 16, 2020, at CHI St Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs.  She was born September 22, 1980, in Benton, the daughter of Joe Charles  and Cindy Ruth Kyle Grier.  Joleen enjoyed going to Oaklawn and fishing in her free time.  She was preceded in death by one brother, Chuck Payton.

Joleen is survived by her parents, Joe Grier of Arkadelphia and Cindy Kyle of Louisiana, the father of her children, Clint Welch of Arkadelphia, two sons, Boe Welch of Gurdon and Preston Welch of Arkadelphia, one daughter, Delanie Grier of Arkadelphia, three grandchildren, Kayden and Jayce Welch and Ava Paul.
