John Richard Bell, age 61, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Arkansas Hospice in Hot Springs .  He was born November 3, 1955 in Alpine, the son of the late Lendel Doyle and Hazel Rosie Wrinkle Bell.  John was a retired logger and a Baptist.  He enjoyed playing and singing country music on his guitar.  He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Reba Alice Bell.

John is survived by two sisters, Katie Holcomb of Arkadelphia and Peggy Sue Hopper of Glenwood, three brothers, Doyle Bell and L.D. Bell both of Okolona and Joe Bell of Sparkman.

No public services are planned.
