Joan Price Gross, age 71, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Friday, October 7, 2011 at her home. She was born on January 7, 1940 in Wynne, the daughter of the late Dr. Thomas Glenn and Penny Armstrong Price. Joan was a home health care provider and attended DeGray Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters, DeAnn Bledsoe of DeGray and Melanie (Steve) Morgan of Magnet Cove, two sons, Gary Gross of Chidester and Glenn (Victoria) Gross of Little Rock, ten grandchildren, Anson Gross, Chris Smith, Melissa Smith, Shannon Pritchard, Derek Smith, Brandie Bridges, Amy Morrison, Trey Bledsoe, Ashley Gross and Gavin Gross and five great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, October 17, 2011 at DeGray Baptist Church with Rev. David Young officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM until service time at the church. Interment will be in Cogbill Cemetery in Wynne.
