J erry Edward Williams, age 79, of Gurdon, passed from this life on June 9, 2020, at Arkansas Hospice in Hot Springs. He was born on May 7, 1941 in Gurdon the son of the late Ceburn and Ruby Ellis Williams. Jerry worked for Brown and Root for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding the roads and listening to The Gaither's. Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Minnie Williams, three brothers, Eugene Williams, Jackie Williams, Paul Williams, one daughter, Diane Sanders, two grand daughters, Alicia King and Miranda Caudle, and one great grand daughter, Angel Easter.

Jerry is survived by four sons, Chris Williams (Jennifer), James Holliman, Michael Holliman (Laurie), Bobby Holliman all of Gurdon, three daughters, Tammy Ricketts (Ronnie) of Arkadelphia, Teresa Pennington (Stephen) of Gurdon, Kristy Williams of Arkadelphia, one brother, Charles Williams (Brenda) of Gurdon, one sister, Bonnie Beard (Lennie) of Arkadelphia, seventeen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Friday June 12, 2020, at Rose Hedge Cemetery with Bro Chris Williams and Bro Andrew Goodwin officiating.

A walk thru visitation will be held from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday at the Funeral Home. Masks are required.

Memorials can be made to the Gurdon Food Bank or the Church of your choice.
