Jamie Ruth Whittle, age 63, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences Center in Little Rock .  She was born on June 20, 1953 in Bakersfield , CA , the daughter of the late James H. and Thelma Roberts Kelloms, II.  Jamie worked as a teller for Oaklawn.  She enjoyed camping, flea marketing, spending time with family and friends and watching her grandbabies and great grandbabies.

Jamie is survived by her husband, Ernest Howard Whittle of Arkadelphia, three sons and their spouses, Howard James and Shannon Whittle of Delight, Johnny Wayne and Shelly Whittle of Arkadelphia and Sherman Eugene and Rhonda Whittle of Arkadelphia, two brothers, James H. Kelloms, III (Martha) of Hot Springs and John S. Kelloms of Bismarck, nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at Antoine Cemetery with Bro. Richard Price officiating.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.

Pallbearers will be Cody, Tyler, Kyle, David and Curt Whittle and Sean Kelloms.
