James Sorrell Perry, age 42, of Lockesburg, passed from this life on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at Howard Memorial Hospital in Nashville. He was born on September 23, 1967 in Nashville, the son of Bernard and Letha Wilson Perry. James worked in industrial maintenance for Tyson Foods. He was preceded in death by his father. James is survived by his wife, Sue Perry, two daughters, Britany and Maria Perry, one son, James Perry, Jr., his mother, Letha Perry Watson, all of Lockesburg and his grandmother, Queen Ester Hardimon of San Francisco, CA. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at Roland Piggee Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Richard Dixon officiating. Interment will be in Graves Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until service time at the church. Pallbearers will be Eric Stone, Chuck Ross, Hughlen Autrey, Greg Hughes, Jerry Deloney, Royce Wilson, Cedric Smith, Harold Crocker, Hendrix Walton and Robert Hendrix.
