James David Perry, age 74, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at  Arkansas Hospice Unit at CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs . He was born July 14, 1944 in Berkley , CA , the son of the late Ted and Shirley Mae Perry.  Jim was retired from the grocery industry after thirty-eight years.  He was a member of Second Baptist Church . Jim enjoyed motorcycles, classic cars and listening to old music in his free time.  He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Lester Perry and his wife Peggy Perry.

Survivors are one daughter, Linda Davis of Arkadelphia, and two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Sam Reyna both of Bismarck .

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Second Baptist Church with Rev. Louis Heard and Danny Hays officiating.

Memorials may be made to Second Baptist Church building fund, 815 S. 12th Street , Arkadelphia , AR 71923 .
