James L Bonner, age 36, of Arkadelphia died Thursday, May 4, 2006 near Hot Springs. He was born May 11, 1969 in Santa Cruz, CA, the son of Clayton Leroy & Donna L Smith Bonner, Sr. James was a bricklayer and a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. He was preceded in death by his father and one sister, Angie Tedder. James is survived by his wife, Carla McKim Bonner of Arkadelphia, two sons Eric McKim and Colton Bonner, one daughter Katlin McKim, his mother & stepfather, Donna & Danny Tedder of Arkadelphia, his grandmother Gracie Lee Smith of Arkadelphia, one brother Pete Bonner of Arkadelphia, two step-brothers, Billy Tedder of Benton and Matt Tedder of Georgia, and two sisters, Stacy Burtness and Amanda Tucker, both of Arkadelphia. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Monday, May 8, 2006 at the First Church of the Nazarene with Brother Mel Vail officiating. Interment will be in Delamar Cemetery in Manning. Family hours will be from 6 to 8 PM Sunday at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia. Pallbearers will be Robert Quall, Ricky, Stephen and Jeff Smith, and Mark and Luke Lester.
