Ivan Foster Hudson age 79 passed from this life on Thursday, April 18, 2013. He was born January 29, 1934 in California the son of the late Lewis and Irene Hudson. Ivan grew up in Graysonia, attended school in Okolona and graduated from Glenwood High School. Ivan and his wife Martha met at a bowling alley and together they bowled for many years. They enjoyed traveling all over the world, visiting family, going to bowling tournaments or just to visit new places. Ivan was an active bridge player and could be found many days in a game with his friends in Country Place. He was even known to pick up a game on the cruises when he and Martha traveled. Ivan maintained a sharp mind even as his body was failing. Ivan and Martha were very active in the Country Place Community and enjoyed the many dear friendships they developed over the years. He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him. Ivan is survived by his loving wife of thirty-eight years, Martha Hudson, three sons, John (Claire) Hudson, Robert (Danae) Hudson and Michael Hudson, three brothers, Lawrence, Hugh and Leroy Hudson, four grandchildren, Jason, Zac and Joshua Hudson and Rebecca Hill, two great grandchildren, Chase and Aidan Hudson and a host of other family and friends.
