Iona Sue Malcom, age 75, of Gurdon, passed from this life on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at her home.  She was born on August 30, 1942 in Clark County , the daughter of the late Othel and Flossie Holder Wilks.  Sue was a homemaker and a member of Curtis Assembly of God Church.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Travis Davis, her brother, Wayne Wilks and her uncle, Austin Holder.

Sue is survived by her husband, Rusty Malcom, of Gurdon, her daughter, Susan Williams (Dennis) of Bierne, one son, Max Malcom ( Shannon ) of Arkadelphia, five grandchildren, Cody Pruitt, Danelle Burns and Brady, Clayton and Mitchell Malcom and two great grandchildren, Dane and Cason Pruitt.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Curtis Assembly of God Church with Bro. Charles Jackson officiating.

Interment will be in Golden Cemetery .

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.
