Helen Lorene Judge, age 68, of Arkadelphia, formerly of Manteca, CA, died on Thursday, December 21, 2006 at her home. She was born December 21, 1938, in Fresno, CA, the daughter of the late Ivan and Juanita Southern Tolbert. She was the owner and operator of a beauty salon in Ripon, CA, an avid gardener and of the Pentecostal faith. She is survived by her husband, Donald Alan Judge of Arkadelphia. Three sons, Ron Cooksey of Joan, AR, Don Cooksey of Iowa, and Timothy Cooksey of Manteca, CA, one sister, Lillian Shaver of Charleston, AR, one brother, Wayne Tolbert of Lathrop, CA, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia with Randy Turner officiating.
