Helen Ruth (Bray) Brewer, age 87, of Nashville, formerly of Bismarck, passed from this life on Saturday, November 28, 2020, at Howard Memorial Hospital in Nashville.  She was born May 21, 1933, in DeRoche, the daughter of the late Calvin Thomas and Gertrude Inez Hardage Bray.  Helen Ruth was a homemaker and a member of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church of Bismarck.  She enjoyed scrap booking, adult coloring and yard work in her free time.  Helen Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, James Bray and her husband, Herman Brewer.

Survivors are one daughter, Dena Ruth Pinkerton and her husband Tim of Nashville, one granddaughter, Lauren Zylks and her husband Josh of Nashville, one great granddaughter, Abigail Zylks and one sister, Sherry Thomason and her husband Terry of Bismarck.

Graveside services will be held at  11:00 AM Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at DeRoche Cemetery with Bro. Troy Bray officiating.

COVID-19 guidelines will be followed.  Masks required and social distancing shall be followed.
