Frances Bell Galloway, age 87, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Saturday, March 14, 2009, at Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia. She was born April 30, 1921, in Woodland, Texas, the daughter of the late W.F. & Lochie V. Sherwood Edmondson. Frances was a homemaker and a member of Grace Bible Ministry Church of Gum Springs. She was the widow of William Galloway. Frances is survived by three nieces, Patsy Cook & her husband Billy Neil of Arkadelphia, Virginia Argoin of St. Charles, LA and Billie Meeker of Kerrville, TX, one great niece Brandy Hasley of Houston, TX & three great nephews Timmy Cook & Bobby Ransom of Arkadelphia & Jimmy Cook of Little Rock. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens with Rev. Brad West officiating. Family hours are 5 to 7 PM Monday at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia. Pallbearers are Timmy Cook, Jimmy Cook, Corey Cook, Joe West, Danny Winston, and Charlie Williams.
