Dorothy Marie Trout, age 66, of Friendship, passed from this life on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at CHI St. Vincent's Hospital in Hot Springs. She was born August 11, 1948 in Friendship, the daughter of the late Pete and Maggie Smoke McMahan. Dorothy was a homemaker and a former member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Royce Trout, one son, Royce Sidney Trout, and three grandchildren. Dorothy is survived by one son, Roy Joe (Brittany) Trout of Friendship, four daughters, Ruby Lynn (William) Ivy, Starlette Trout, Jamie Ranee Powers and Roycetta (Marley) Canada all of Friendship, four sisters, Ellen Francis of Arkadelphia, Coy LaRue of Heber Springs, Julia Dial of Lono and Linda Satterly of Pt. Cedar, and twelve grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Welch Funeral Home with Keith Rowton officiating.
