Diana Elizabeth Holt, age 72, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Friday, April 11, 2014 at Twin Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center in Arkadelphia. She was born on September 1, 1941 in Haughton, LA, the daughter of the late Vernie Frank and Alice Elizabeth Portter McWilliams. Diana was a member of Third Street Baptist Church and enjoyed sewing and painting. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Holt.

Diana is survived by her son, Tony (Amy) Magsby of Gurdon, her daughter, Ramona Magsby and spouse, Teresa Goad, of Sallisaw, OK, two brothers, Tommy Frank (Virginia) McWilliams and Totsy (Linda) McWilliams, all of Haughton, LA, six grandchildren, Tori Bryant, Anthony Magsby, and Tristan, Devon, Hunter and Bethany Haysmer , and four great grandchildren, Olivia Bryant, Aubreigh Ence, Easton Bryant and Bryce Magsby.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 18, 2014 at Sycamore Baptist Church with Bro. James McCain officiating.
