Deborah Kay Howell, age 60, of Bismarck , passed from this life on Friday, August 3, 2018 at her home.  She was born on September 3, 1957 in El Cajon , CA , the daughter of Owen and Ruby Weldon White.  Deborah was a homemaker and a member of New Summit Church of God in Benton .  She enjoyed fishing, hiking, camping, boating, rock hunting and driftwood.  Deborah was preceded in death by her father and her sister, Charolett Gammill.

Deborah is survived by her husband, Alan Howell of Bismarck, her daughter, Audrea Walters of Bismarck, two sons, Jimmy Howell of Bismarck and Michael Howell of Pittsburg, TX, her mother, Ruby White of Yazoo City, MS, two sisters, Cathy Dent and Shirley Nettles of Yazoo City, MS, two brothers, Kenneth (Dale) White and Jimmy White of Yazoo City, MS, and twelve grandchildren, Jasmin, Jada, Luke and Jeremy Walters and Chasten, Makayla, John, Jacob, Draven, Noah and Matthew Howell.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery at Bismarck with Doug Fendley officiating.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday at Welch Funeral Home.


Pallbearers are David Hill, Carl Phillips, Phillip Dent, Coy Lawson, Tommy Helms, Mark Owens, Scottie Diffie and Danny Owens.
