Dale Eugene Albert, age 64, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at his home. He was born March 1, 1951 in Greybull, WY, the son of the late Robert and Barbara Wilson Albert. Dale was a 1968 graduate of Cody High School and retired as a superintendent at Wade Abernathy Construction Company. He was a United States Army veteran of Vietnam, a member of the VFW and the American Legion. Dale enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening, traveling and most of all, spoiling his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother Mike Albert. Dale is survived by his wife, Dora Bledsoe Albert of the home, one son, Don (Gisela) Ashley of Hot Springs, three daughters, Leslie Albert of Casper, WY, Kayla (Mike) Ryan of Sturgis, SD, DeAnne (David) Davis of Gurdon, three sisters, Carol (Mike) Howard of Casper, WY, Norma (Wayne) Howard and Sherry Adams both of Sturgis, SD, sister in law, Sherry Albert of Spearfish, SD, and many God sent grandchildren that were a great joy to his life. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Welch Funeral Home with Jeremy Bell and Robert Watson officiating. Interment with full military honors will be in Gilchrist Cemetery at Friendship. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM Wednesday till service time at the funeral home.
