Cynthia Lucille Davidson, age 74, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Friday, April 29, 2022, at Arkansas Hospice in Hot Springs.  She was born September 20, 1947, in Junction City, the daughter of the late Wilbur Lee and Mary Ruth McCaskill Coplen.  Cynthia worked in book keeping and payroll for Alton Bean Trucking Company.  She was a member of Second Baptist Church of Arkadelphia.  Cynthia enjoyed watching NBA basketball and decorating in her free time.  She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Chris Shaw, two brothers, Phillip and Charles Coplen.

Survivors are one daughter, Erin Arnold (Jared) of Arkadelphia, one brother, Robert Coplen of Gurdon, four sisters, Barbara Coplen, Ruthie Bridges and Sherry Callison all of Arkadelphia, and Mary Ellen Barfield of Nashville, seven grandchildren, Hunter and Garrett Wingfield, Levi Arnold, Seth, Damian, Aaron and Aubrey Crouse, and several great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, May 6, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
