Cheryl Lynne Phelps, age 57, of Shreveport, passed from this life on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at her home.  She was born September 15, 1961 in San Antonio, TX, the daughter of the late Frank and Katherine Bolinger Phelps.  Cheryl was retired from KPMG as a property tax consultant.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Joe Phelps.

Survivors are two brothers, Jay Phelps (Jennifer) of Rogers and Kenn Woodard of Eureka Springs.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, July 5, 2019 at Jones Cemetery at Brown Springs with Bro. Ronnie Hardin officiating.

No visitation will be held.
