Bill is survived by his wife, Brenda Lamb Frazier, two daughters, Stacey Weeks and her husband, Ed, of Arkadelphia, Stephanie Eddy and her husband, James, of Arkadelphia, two sons, Bill, Jr. and his wife, Amber, of Arkadelphia and Troy Frazier of Arkadelphia, two brothers, John and Roy Frazier of Arkadelphia, two sisters, Edna Welchman of Bismarck and Jean Smith of Arkadelphia, and seven grandchildren, Colt and Amanda Rucker, Caleb and Carson Eddy, Averi Frazier, and Allie and Evan Giuliano.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Friday, January 11, 2008 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, with David Tate and John Small officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, January 10, 2008 at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.

Pallbearers will be Glen Scott, Darrell Scott, Charlie Bishop, Barry Gordon, Stan Smith and Shannon Lamb. Honorary pallbearers will be the deacons of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
